Who We Are:
At Jane’s Physio, we are dedicated to helping people move better and feel stronger. We understand how frustrating pain and movement limitations can be, and our goal is to provide thoughtful, hands-on care that supports your recovery and long-term well-being. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, we assess and treat joint, muscle, and ligament dysfunction, always tailoring our approach to your unique needs. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or simply want to go about your daily life without discomfort, we’re here to help. Our team consists of four experienced physiotherapists with backgrounds in sports and dance, giving us insight into the different demands placed on the body. We enjoy working with people of all ages and activity levels, helping them regain confidence in their movement. Behind the scenes, our two dedicated administrative staff keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling appointments to coordinating with other healthcare professionals. We’re also lucky to have Joey and Pebble, our friendly dogs, who sometimes visit the practice and bring a little extra comfort to the space.
Our facilities include an onsite Astro Turf for outdoor rehab and movement-based therapy, as well as a fully equipped indoor gym for strength and mobility work.
Since opening our doors in 2003, we have worked hard to create a welcoming environment where people feel heard and supported. We do our best to accommodate everyone, and if scheduling is ever a challenge, our waiting list helps ensure that no one is left without care.
If you’d like to know more or book an appointment, feel free to reach out. We’d love to be part of your journey toward better movement and health.

I am an energetic Physiotherapist with a passion for helping others understand. I love exercise and the outdoors, especially when I do these two with others. I grew up heavily involved in sport, particularly hockey & indoor hockey, and I am now an avid Ultimate Frisbee player who enjoys swimming and cycling too. While excitable and eager, I also believe in balance and quiet. In my downtime, I enjoy painting, creating and reading. I love connecting with people and achieving goals together, while working as a team. As we know, teams come with a variety of personalities and ages – and an activity of understanding and working out methods that suit the team. This task is very important to me, and one that I explore with each and every patient.

I have been practicing since 1992 and this Cape town practice has been running since 2003. We see many sports injuries and muscular skeletal problems in the practice. I have a special interest in hips, knees, ankles, lower backs and shoulders. I love seeing anything sports related but as I have got older I also relate to the ageing body and the chronically painful joint. I spent my younger years competing in tennis, netball, running and cycling. I do LOVE sport/exercise and believe in its role in our mental and physical well being. I also spend most weeks and weekends involved in water polo, hockey and soccer thanks to my three active children. We work closely with specialist, GPs, personal trainers, podiatrists and biokineticists in the area. This is a community practice which makes the relationships with the patient the cornerstone of the healing process.
